What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception, subject to availability.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we welcome pets in selected tents. Please let us know at the time of booking. An additional pet fee may apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made after that point will incur a charge equal to one night's stay. Full details are available in the property terms and conditions.
Do the tents have air conditioning and heating?
Family and Deluxe tents are equipped with air conditioning. Deluxe tents also include heating, making them comfortable during cooler months. Standard tents are fitted with fans.
Is the pool open throughout the season?
The outdoor pool is open from June through September, daily 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Pool access is complimentary for all camping guests.
Can I order breakfast?
Absolutely! Our dining area serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast can be added to your booking in advance or ordered on-site at the restaurant.
How far is it to Energylandia?
Energylandia is just 8 minutes away by car from Eco Camping Spytkowice — making us one of the closest places to stay near the theme park.
